ALL appointments made with Healing Therapy require a $50 deposit per appointment

24 Hour Cancellation/Reschedule/Policy

  • Cancellations and reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment(s). NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • NOTE: Our business day ENDS AT 6PM WED-SUN, AND AT 3PM MON-TUES. Any calls, DMs, voicemail or any other form of communication made after those hours are considered "same day cancellations" as they are within 24 hours of scheduled appointment.

  • Any cancellations/reschedules made within 24 hours will result in a loss of credit(s), or a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the service(s) you have reserved and deposit will no longer be able to be used towards your service. 

No Show Policy

  • Failure to show up and failure to give 24 hour notice prior to your appointment(s) will result in a loss of credit(s) or a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the service(s) you have reserved. 

  • NOTE: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late to their scheduled appointment, with no notice, will be considered no shows and will be charged the entirety of their service(s) booked.

Late Policy

  • If you are running late, please provide a notice, otherwise you will have to be rescheduled to a different time and/or day.

  • If you are running late, and have given proper notice, you will be given the remaining time for your scheduled appointment. Due to a high volume of bookings we are unable to accommodate late appointments.

COVID-19 

In an effort to prevent the spread of Covid-19 and other pathogens, Healing Therapy Spa and Sports is committed to the following protocols on an ongoing and regular basis, effective January 1st 2021:

 

  • Masks are required by staff and clients at all times, with the exception of during a facial.

  • Temperature checks upon entering the building for all staff and clients. If above 99.99 Farenheit, client will be turned away and rescheduled.

  • Sanitation/disinfection of high touch/traffic areas after each hour.

  • Sanitation/disinfection of all tools and machinery after every use.

  • Services are by appointment only and no one other than a serviced client may be present in the service room.

  • Waiting room limited to 3 people and receptionist, maximum. 

  • Cancellation/rescheduling policy amended if exhibiting any cold/flu symptoms.

  • Hand sanitizer stations at reception and in every room.

  • All linens changed after every client.

  • Bleach and bleach alternative for washing all linens. 

 

NOTE: Healing Therapy Spa and Sports reserves the right to refuse service without reimbursement to anyone refusing to comply with any of the above mentioned protocols.
